Careers Curriculum

All pupils have access to CEIAG as part of the curriculum.  The programme is mainly delivered in PSE lessons by form tutors who are supported by the CEIAG Co-ordinator, pastoral leaders and the Head of Student Development. Resources are reviewed and updated regularly.

Amy Marshall also provides impartial information, advice and guidance on education, training, employment and personal development opportunities.  Lunch time drop in is every Wednesday whereby any student can call in to see her for guidance when necessary, and this is promoted regularly.

The key current provision is summarised in the Careers Programme below.

SEND, LAC and Other Groups of Vulnerable Students

Extra provision is made available to support students with additional needs with their future plans and to manage transition stages. Liaison with the Local Authority (Trafford Council) occurs when necessary.
