Cambridge university North West conference

Today, a cohort of our Year 12 students who aspire to study at Oxbridge travelled to Haydock Park to attend the University of Cambridge North-West Conference.

Here, in an invaluable opportunity, they were able to meet with academics and representatives from many Cambridge colleges, in addition to admissions officers and current Cambridge undergraduates.

Our students attended workshops and presentations that gave insight and advice on optimising applications to Oxbridge, on the selection and interview process, and on Cambridge collegiate and student life.

They also got the chance to observe mock interviews and to ask questions about the multitude of courses and enrichment opportunities available to students at this prestigious university.

A truly inspirational day, with huge thanks to our wonderful hosts at the conference.
