A week of focus at UGS to celebrate World Well-Being Week

Our well-being co-ordinator Dr Zebedee has organised a series of focused initiatives this week for all at UGS in support of, and to celebrate, World Well-Being week, and the enrichment of the mental health of our students and of our school community.

It's an excellent opportunity for all at UGS to be encouraged to reflect, to take time, and to focus on overall wellbeing; and in doing this, we can help to foster and develop still more not only individual positive mental health, but our whole school environment.

Each day during form time, our students will be encouraged to participate in themed focus sessions that will raise awareness of ways and methods in which to improve well-being and mental health, by means of 5 core steps and strategies:
