house library challenge winners!

In our lead picture is Sebastian 7T, who is one of the winners of this term's House Library Reading Resolutions Challenge, and Mariyah 7S is pictured below:

As part of our ongoing reading and literacy programme, the House challenge was to select and complete a range of reading resolutions, incorporating title choices from across the genres that are available to read in our library and on our ebook platform.

The resolutions ranged from reading non-fiction and factual texts in all subject areas, to classics, titles from our Urmston 100 recommended reading list, and genres ranging from Sci-Fi, adventure, fantasy to dystopias, plays and poetry.

Sebastian and Mariyah read a hugely impressive array of titles, and have been awarded with prizes and house-points.

Really well done!
