house assembly

Special end-of-term celebration!

This morning, our House leaders and prefects delivered a special celebratory assembly to award all the top house-point scorers this term.

To celebrate individual and house successes and to showcase all the house events, initiatives and competitions that have taken place this term.

These include: the Comic Relief charity event, interhouse chess tournaments, Anthea Bell translation prize contest.

The Easter egg Art competition.

Library and literacy events and challenges, and the football league management challenge.

There were prizes and awards given out to our top house-point scorers from across the year groups.

And a huge shout-out to our fantastic team of Year 13 house prefects, who have worked so hard this year and who will sadly be leaving us shortly as they prepare to begin their A level exams.

The grand finale was the announcement of the house who has succeeded in topping the leaderboard as this term ends: PARK. Huge well done Park!

But ... as the summer term begins, there will be everything to play for and lots of opportunities to earn those all-important house points.

Watch this space!

With huge thanks to our wonderful house leaders and prefects for this morning's special celebration and for the rolling programme of house events!
