Its Day 2 of our British Science Week programme of events here at UGS, and following yesterday's awe-inspiring Year 7 Science Fair, today at lunchtime Dr Richards headed up an extra-curricular session on dissection for our keen Sixth Form scientists, seen here at the start of proceedings.

For the whole school, an opportunity to participate in a House Women in Science puzzle has also launched, with students invited to pit their wits on all the amazing women pioneers in this field, and their achievements, work and discoveries.

Truly inspirational!

And tomorrow we look forward to the KS3 Timer Challenge and exploration of lung studies for Year 7.
