Garcia's athletics success

We are delighted to share some great news about accomplished Year 8 athlete Garcia whose progress we have enjoyed following and celebrating over the course of this year.

Garcia is a member of Trafford Athletics Club, training twice weekly at Longford Park, and recently he finished first in 2 events: 100 metres and Long Jump.

And in an amazing achievement within his club overall he won 2 silver medals, while achieving a Personal Best.

Garcia has also just learnt from his Coach that in the Club U13 Division he now has First place ranking in 3 categories: 100M, Javelin and Discus.

This is a phenomenal achievement, well done Garcia, and we look forward to hearing more about your successes this year!
